Criminal Law Experience
Jacksonville
Our Jacksonville office has an experienced criminal defense attorney. We handle all criminal cases, no matter how big or small. We practice in both State criminal courts and Federal criminal courts. We accept criminal cases in Duval County, Clay County, Nassau County, and Baker County. We will sometimes accept criminal cases in other counties as well.
Jeremy Lasnetski has more than 20 years of experience in criminal trial law. He has tried more than 70 criminal trials, including first degree murder, white collar crime, drug trafficking, DUI, domestic battery and more. Read more about Jeremy below.
Our Orlando office has an experienced criminal defense attorney, who handles a variety of criminal cases. We accept cases from throughout the Orlando area, including Orange County, Lake County, Osceola County, and Seminole County.
Hope Johnson has over 4 years of experience practicing criminal law at the local public defender’s office. She has tried numerous cases involving a variety of charges. Read more about Hope below.
Immigration Experience
We accept immigration cases at both our Jacksonville and Altamonte Springs (Orlando) locations. Our Altamonte Springs office, headed up by LGL Partner John Gihon, focuses solely on immigration. LGL Partner Jeremy Lasnetski practices immigration in our Jacksonville office.
John Gihon is Florida Bar board certified in Immigration and Nationality Law. The Florida Bar has certified him as an expert in immigration. He was also named a 2016 Super Lawyer rising star. He has served as a director, Secretary, and Executive Vice Chair for the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association, Central Florida Chapter.
